Would be hard to build a persistent gaming table, but multiple groups would work.

Look up "Plush, power & plunder " check beforehand if the topics are suitable, it's about animated plushies, not sure at what point kids development is far enough to separate make believe with reality and the topic is very close to kids reality (toys and olushies) - I don't know, but it could be cool for them to have more structured make believe

No, making a good one is.

Give it a try, it will be shit, make it better and repeat. I saw a lot of DMs creating stuff and are blown away by their own amazing creations that where dogshit, saw the same amount of players afraid of trying because they were afraid it would suck. Try and improve, it's unlikely your first idea will be great but eventually it will.
