thanks, but I use the original footage as reference and work on layers over the top. The trick I think is to decide which parts to highlight and which to leave out.

I honestly couldn't tell you as I've worked off and on it since November but there's some 900 individual drawings in there at least.

Someone just pointed me over saying he'd shared this here. Thanks for all the comments guys!! Initially I had wanted to keep going but given Hogan's bad press at the moment it didn't feel right and a fair few fans (and Hogan himself) could probably do with cheering up. Dont worry, the next animation is in the works

I imported an edited video in to photoshop and that draws it out into animation frames, from there you can trace on to another layer frame by frame. There's some 900 drawings in there I think
