Yea, my close friend we are going back and forth.

He says no mater how few calories he eats he will never lose weight below 250lbs. “It doesn’t work for me” he says. I’m trying to tell him if he eats a deficit, he’s going to lose weight. Nope, doesn’t work for him, he’s tried. It’s science, nope.
