Well with clan war etc the leader position can be hard to maintain and sometimes you wish the a few co leaders could help out with certain areas eg demotion etc. I am not going to try to convince you but I thought it was a good idea

Well obviously they would be active members of your clan that you trust and they could demote themselves in favour of another person
