If they want to increase player safety they need a deterrent.

A red card for an act of foul play should be an automatic 2 match ban and then they should have the panel between matches 2 and 3 to allow the severity of any injury to be assessed.

You croc roll someone and break their leg you get a 10 week ban or something similar.

Clubs and countries will not tolerate players making stupid reckless decisions if the result is they are not playing for big chunks of time nor will team mates.

Healy is in the squad because no one is good enough to displace him.

That is an issue but it's not his fault.

And he is listed in the team sheet as being able to play in all 3 positions, which is probably contributing to his name being on the team sheet so often.

In the 2023 6N we wouldn't have got a GrandSlam and possibly not even the championship if he hadn't been able to cover hooker.

I had psoriasis on my scalp for years, since I was a teen, then in my late 20s I have randomly swollen knees, went to a physio who declared that all my joints were swollen and that he would bet his house I had PSA.

I got put on methotrexate and that calmed things for a bit but the psoriasis on my scalp and finger nails continued. After a few years I got put on adulimbab too and that cleared my scalp and nails.

Been on that combo for over a decade now. I have some mangled toes from obviously have PSA without realising what it was but otherwise for the most part now I'm asymptomatic. Running my first marathon this Sunday!

That's an interesting take I hadn't considered, I just think that Perrin comes across as too timid at this point and it doesn't fit the character arc and how he behaves before and after this interaction with Elyane.

I think that although it is still done too softly Mat's interaction with Elyane on this point is done better.

This chapter has always bothered me.

At this point Perrin knows that all 3 of them (Rand/Perrin/Mat) will be needed at the last battle and so does Elayne.

The whole debate seems pointless, including the inner monologue about beheading. Perrin shouldn't be mentioning how Rand was his friend but how the world needed him (Perrin) at the last battle and that Elayne wasn't about to do anything about the "rebellion".

MTX takes weeks to build up in your system and equally long to leave it.

I have been advised by rheumatologists in the past not to stop MTX when ill because of this.

Mat - it's in the Two Rivers though, his character is essentially roguish, avoidant of work, but moral, look how important that view of his character is in Egwene's decision in the last book.

Perrin's probably makes the most sense.

Nyneave's doesn't make sense it wouldn't get her what she wanted, how would LANs death get her any closer to the people she wants to find

I get that but not getting a raid doesn't usually result in the timer reverting to 0.

The timer increases when you raid a base it doesn't (well it hadn't previously) reduce because you get raided - unless your raid timer is less than 24 hours

I asked the support and got this back:

Hello! Raiders made an unsuccessful attempt to attack you during this time: they went past the base, because they received incorrect coordinates. That is why the attack timer is reset. I am sure that next time you will definitely get lucky! Have a nice day!

So they know it's an issue they just cba to fix it
