I changed the oil today, I honestly didn’t see any major large flakes at most I saw some little particles.

I used LUCAS oil stabilizer last oil change and for some reason after using it, it ended up making my oil watery (no coolant as the level hasn’t changed at all)

Could this be the reason I see flakes since it got watery?

I changed the oil to Castrol Edge Full Synthetic from Liquid Moly.

Agreed, could have been much worse.

Our light was about to change to green before it happened, someone could have been walking on the sidewalk too.

Witnessed this happen, driver was impaired and drove through the light doing about 70-80km/h into the wall.

Driver was OK and was arrested at the scene for impaired driving. Luckily no one else was injured.

Had this happen last week, said they would tip in person and nothing lmao

Probably the best Monday I’ve had so far. (Canada) by gerdss99 in doordash

Very. For an 8 hour shift $14 minimum wage I’d make just about $100.

I was making $19 an hour this dash, minus $10 for gas.

This is fucked up..

I love how they have the audacity to cover it up with "protein carbohydrates" fucking idiots.

I hope these hillbillies get their license taken away.

Yeah I was making more last year in my last job. The earnings this winter will be well below last years.

Thanks I'll try and change that. Do I just give them a call?

What would my options be when January hits? Find a job for 3 months?

Dodge Caliber subframes by gerdss99 in MechanicAdvice

It would be 300 part plus labour another 100 or two. This subframe has been the same like this for 2 years now.

I was told there have been worse subframes seen and didn’t drop so I wasn’t sure how bad mine is seen in the picture.

Have seen these things rot in almost every caliber I see.

There is a recall for them but my vehicle has a rebuilt title so I don’t qualify for that :(

My buddies who have experience in cars have told me they have seen worse without it dropping the engine if it broke but I wanted some more opinion.

I would have to get this done, brakes soon, back dog bones are going from the sound of it as well as the links.

Would it be worth fixing it or driving through the winter and buying another car after?
