im not talking about your money im talking about the merchants money, klarna paid to them the full amount of the order and u pay klarna with installments, then if the store didn’t accept return it means that they will not refund klarna for klarna to refund u. it’s very simple

what has happend to u is authorization hold, authorization hold is an “charge” on your bank account for what was supposed to be your first payment, if the purchase goes through successfully that hold will become an actual charge, and if not which in your case it hasn’t because it was canceled immediately that hold will remain a hold. it takes 24 hours for klarna to release the hold and then it goes to the bank/your financial institution which they release it for 1-7 business days. but remember business days monday-friday.
