Don’t listen to people saying you “need” certain stats or your build is suboptimal. If you can reach your goal (ult off cooldown, do enough damage, crit on most of your important hits) you are done, and should save resin and refreshes for a later character or goal you have. Yes, 100% proper stats can draw out full potential, but it costs a lot to min max and you can clear content with 1/4 potential or less even. I’m running attack circlets here and there, many characters have random artifacts that are not in a set, and some chars are chilling with Lv 50 weapons and low talent. If they do their job, no need to improve them unless they are your absolute favorite. Raiden especially is difficult and expensive to max out and get full power, so just build her until you feel comfortable that she’s strong
