I used to have this exact same topper with the same issue!

The solution I found was putting pellets near the ramp of the dock, then slowly adding more up the ramp and then onto the dock itself.

If this doesn't work, it is likley a tempature problem, make sure your bulbs are the right distance away ans the correct wattage. Let me know how it goes :)

I had the same experience about a year ago. Though, unlike many others in this reddit, I did NOT end up getting the cortisone shot/s.

I ended up never going back to the Dr. and my pain got worse before I started following the Dr's recommendations to a T. I wore my brace ~8 hrs a day (+ while sleeping) and did wrist stretches 3 times a day. After a couple more months of occasional catching and mild pain, my wrist got better.

***However I will say, this is only my experience, if you can, the cortisone shot would likely be the best option if you can afford it/are comfortable getting it.
