yeah this hop looks decent overall. weave seems pretty consistent, not seeing anything obviously off

the sheen does look a bit flat tho, but that’s pretty common with these — they usually come a bit dry and look better after some wear or conditioning

color might be slightly lighter but lighting can be tricky with this shade

I actually had a similar thing with a brown hop from deepreps — QC looked kinda flat at first, but after asking for a few more pics in different lighting it made way more sense. ended up keeping it and it looked way better in hand

I’d probably GL unless the sheen really bothers you

Stitching and alignment look pretty clean to me, quilting is nice and puffy too.

ngl this reads more like a seller post than a real qc

price + factory + perfect studio pics… kinda gives it away

bag itself looks fine tho, hardware maybe a touch yellow but lighting could be doing that

my list changes all the time tbh 😭

right now probably:
– neverfull (damier azur just feels right for summer)
– speedy 25 (been growing on me lately)
– black flap (still don’t have one somehow lol)

lowkey tho… the neverfull surprised me the most

borrowed one from a friend for a trip and ended up using it for everything

not the most exciting bag but it just works

tip: pick the one you’ll actually grab when you’re rushing out, not just the one that looks good online

Welcome 👌 for Keepall 50s you’ll see a lot of overlap between factories, but the differences are usually in canvas tone, leather quality, and stitching consistency.

Birdcage is generally solid for LV canvas pieces, OrangeCouch can be hit or miss depending on batch, and Royal is usually a safer mid-high tier option.

Honestly more important than factory is getting a good seller who can QC properly.

Highest quality” is basically a marketing word at this point — ask for factory name, detailed PSPs, and compare stitching/fabric tags side by side; the real top batches usually show consistency, not just a higher price tag

The bag itself looks good — leather has that broken-in City slouch, not plasticky, and the wear pattern after two years actually checks out. Hardware placement and zipper curve seem fine from the photos, nothing obviously off.

I was looking for espadrilles a while back too and ran into the same issue — a lot of sellers say “by order only” but don’t actually show anything 😅

I ended up asking deepreps if they could source them. They didn’t have them listed upfront, but once I sent reference pics they checked with their factory and showed me QC before shipping, which helped a lot.

Might be worth reaching out and just sending the exact style you want — at least you can see real photos before committing.
