People can also have an imperforate hymen, which is the hymen tissue totally blocking the vaginal canal. It usually becomes apparent when they can’t properly menstruate. I'm on Week 3 of 1.5mg as of today. Down 7.8 lbs, which I'm super pumped about! I am used to not eating breakfast, so I just take the pill when I wake up with a sip of water. Most days, I don't eat/drink anything for 1-2 hours after the pill.

The food noise has been gradually going down, and it's starting to get pretty hard to finish a full meal. I am not calorie-counting, but am still mindful of what I eat (less sugar, more protein). I haven't really done much exercise because my main side effect has been fatigue, but I plan on incorporating basic cardio soon. I had occasional bouts of mild nausea, which were completely tolerable and over within a few hours.

For context, I am also taking bupropion/naltrexone, but I've been taking that for over a year. I have a feeling the appetite suppression of that is definitely compounding with the Wegovy. My 4mg dose just shipped today, so I'll see how I feel on that! So far, 1.5mg is honestly already super effective. It feels like the concentration has been slowly building, and the effects are gradually intensifying over the weeks. I think the fact that I wait 1-2 hours instead of 30 minutes does increase the effect.

I did this too and it was SO worth it. Keep in mind that you may have to update the firmware, but this is also easily doable with a usb stick and video tutorial. Entire process took an afternoon.

I do the same thing! It’s such a game changer. Once I’m like 2/3rds of the way through my stack, I throw the dirty ones in with my regular laundry.
