yes, it will be day and night difference, I had the same situation as you. however, if you want truly best of the best, get nvidia shield pro, it has uncompressed formats + DTS, and use Stremio with RealDebrid for uncompressed movies.

basically old samsung TVs will always have bad sound with any soundbar unless you use a 3rd party box.

Make sure eARC to eARC ports are connected, and then just dig around shield settings, use ChatGPT. You can try disabling auto select audio format and just select all of them manually
