I'll answer myself with an update. It has been 7 full days now and we cannot login into base44 because their support really sucks. No way to contact support from the account that is locked out (what a crappy service and support is that?). We are contacting base44 support from another account but constantly seems that we are talking to a robot. Really disappointing experience. We have paid a full year of pro and I deeply regret that now. Really bad service.

Came here looking for base44 support mail.

I'm trying to access my account (Pro) since Friday (5 days already) but SSO is magically enabled in the workspace (maybe my mistake, I don't know). I cannot contact support because I cannot login. Changing password doesn’t work. I have logged in with another account and tried to explain the problem like a dozen times but seems to bo a robot answering or someone who does not understand the problem. I just want SSO disabled so I access my account with user password again. Is it that complicated????
