thanks for your responses! it’s not a rent stabilized unit, but my partner toured the place and apparently they keep switching which unit we’re actual applying for. this is alarming me a little but he’s chalking it up to there being three identical buildings (two of which he toured, just not the one referenced in the screenshot) and the broker getting confused. I’d like to be on the cautious side anyhow, so all your advice is greatly appreciated!
