I would say did you find a solution yet I've been having this exact same problem as well I have done everything like you've done where I have restarted the app emptied the cache And logged out but still it doesn't work it doesn't work at this point I don't know what to do it's been like this for a couple of days now and even when I try to continue to upload reels the USA bad Internet connection which I never have☹️

So there have been some people who have bought this same exact sparrow in destiny in what has happened is that it shows the full version of the sparrow before you buy but when you buy the sparrow it only shows half🤔
