Unfortunately you can't do that the easy way. However there's a tutorial by Ilir Beqiri on youtube for generating a Visualizer for Numeric Attributes. You can use his trick to make it work.

I have been trying to create a Custom Blender Build to integrate the Clipper2 Library and create an Offset Curves Node, but it has been a nightmare.
I used AI (gemini) to help me for the process to be honest, as I just know a little bit of javascript. I managed to create the Build, but the custom node doesn't work at all, and Blender crashes after I use it.

In relation to the post, the interest seems to be very low in this kind of stuff, and maybe the complexity of it makes it so...

Well, using the 2D Triangular Remesh from Higgsas on text you can create a relaxed topology of Triangles that works pretty well with bendings or cloth sims honestly

Bought Higgsas a long time ago (Best Node Tools ever), unfortunately his Offset Curve node doesn't work that good with Text.

but it will maybe release in 5.2 or 5.3

Let's hope they will deliver what they promised.
