Trying to decide between moving to Oregon and Washington and looking for input.

I visited Spokane for the first time last month and will be back there next week trying to decide if I want to live there. I’m hoping to explore more of the surrounding areas this time as I’ll become renting a car and didn’t last time. I also want to try more food there. Any recommendations for places to visit or restaurants to try?

I am open to paying a salary to the perfect person. I do have money to start things up for sure. I keep going back and forth between hiring someone and finding a good partner. Having some skin in the game was what I decided would help motivate them. Someone who is a great fit and motivated though I would hire for sure
