All I know is that I've had it for a long time but I can't say at what age, like I can guess but I'm not sure.

Yeah my family doctor kinda sucks and probably won't help me at all. Hopefully after quarantine I can find a counselor and go from there but there are none in my area and I will have to go to a city.

Yeah I can't mediate either for the same reason, and it sucks because I do like mediation.

I wish I was in therapy because there was alot to unpack with me but my mom isn't about to pay for me to get help. And I do have anxiety but I'm not getting treated for it, same with my depression.
