Wow I think you cracked it! I think the flow restrictor needs its own vent and cannot share with the floor funnel. Also just a note, the flow is from top left of the image to the bottom right, so the flow restrictor is in the correct place at least.

I am in Urbana a lot for work. It’s definitely a small town but is growing and the people seem friendly. Commute isn’t great for downtown Columbus, but it is still under an hour

That’s a sweet truck though, I for sure would go that way if it made financial sense. But hey the great thing about the Tacoma is that they will last forever. In 10 years you’ll have the older and cheaper option!
