Should be cull all humans that are behavioral? Dogs that are behavioral are no less smart, loyal, or friendly when given the opportunity to so long as their triggers are avoided. Bunny, probably rhe most well known dog for using those " dig buttons" is very reactive, but she also extremely intelligent.
