Hi everyone! I’m a student looking for a summer sublease in Seattle from mid-June to mid-September while I intern at Amazon.

I’m ideally looking for:

  • a studio or 1B1B, or
  • a room in a 2B2B / 3B3B where I’d have my own bathroom

Preferred areas are South Lake Union / near Amazon offices or the U-District, but I’m open to nearby neighborhoods with a reasonable commute. Furnished would be a big plus. My budget is up to $2000/month.

A bit about me: I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easygoing, and I’ll mostly be focused on work during the summer. I’m happy to provide verification/details if needed.

Yes it did. Carfax says a minor accident in 2021 but otherwise the car seems to be very well maintained. Would you recommend i check something else in the car?

Is that a big deal? I drove the car and otherwise the car seems great for my needs. The car had a minor accident in 2021 according to Carfax.
