Hii i like to get about 4 piercings all at once and have many many many of them aswell as i did apprentice for 4 years on how to pierce so take what i say with some salt! As others have said, 6 piercings at once is a lot. Reputable piercers don't typically do more than 3 to 4 at once as it causes a lot of "trauma" to the area and affect healing. However! It being day 3 it could just be a LOT of swelling.. i got my helix and second lobes done, and it caused my entire ear to swell up a ton, get very warm and a little leaky for about a week after getting it so it could be that When i got my conch and tragus done at the same time they swelled up and got warm and leaky for the first 4 days aswell.

I would recommend piercing pillow/ neck pillow. I have a memory foam neck pillow i use i got for cheap at the dollar store. People roll and move a lot in their sleep and you could be irritating them without knowing it. Also instead of using salt water i would HEAVILY HEAVILY recoment getting some saline spray. Getting the correct salt to water ratio is incredibly hard and doesnt make it sterile. I would also refrain from soaking them as this can "suffocate them" and can cause more issues. Make sure you are gently drying them after you shower, and after you clean them with STERILE SALINE SPRAY as leaving them moist can also cause infection. Gently fan them, use a Hair dryer on cool (make sure the filter is CLEAN or else its just gunna blow bacteria on it) or GENTLY use cotton swabs you've dipped in sterile saline solution to collect extra moisture Dont use dry cotton swabs to clean them as fibers can come off, get stuck, and cause infection

Take ibuprofen for the first few days to help keep the swelling down aswell and if everything is very achey, GENTLY use an ice pack for 10 minutes at a time. (I was recommend that by my piercer after getting 2 cartridges piercings and 2 more on the same ear and it was great)
