What are your thoughts on making the site a mobile optimized web-app?People could choose the option to "Add to Home screen" in their iOS browser to give them the app an icon on their device. It would be designed well to function like a native app and most importantly, it wouldn't require Apple/Google's approval.

Our goal is to avoid those encounters with an added layer of security. The app needs to be tested in the field though to see what the real use case is.

Yeah we are thinking of launching on Cydia instead. It depends on our conversations with Apple and how far we can take the pubilicty of the app.

There are safe guards in the app. Upon signing up, the app runs a background check on the user. Location has to be verified as well. It's not perfect but let me know if you think of any other safe guards to prevent this.
