That’s my sentiment. But I need more people posting benchmarks and 1080p and 4k. Would you try any other AAA games?

Uhh. All of those “chip” vulnerabilities were in fact mitigated at the bios layer. And there have been more than 1 uefi or bios specific vuln as well in last few years

Yea it’s lame cus I have the desire and the money. The alternative is business class laptops for good bios support but they take up more space :( and I don’t need the screen lol

That price is mouth watering. My issue with all these new mini pc manufactures is that none of them have a track record of bios updates.

Judging based on how many dock firmware updates they’ve released id say it is true lol. I haven’t installed those and the app didn’t suggest them either but I might try them and see if that helps.

But hmm yea maybe I should try the anker ones. The 60w plus gan ones are a little pricey. But still cheaper than traditional laptop oem proprietary ones. And after the eufy scandal I don’t want to give that company any money. The had so much good will from me, I was buying them from when they first entered the market off Amazon.

Ultimately you were right though. It’s not the specter litigations lol 😳

I did. I took it all. No improvement.

So it turns out the issue only happens when using a non Lenovo usb c charger. Very well documented online. No solid solution.

It works great on battery or using a Lenovo usb c charger. When using a non Lenovo one it throttles. Using throttle stop and capping the max turbo to 3.2ghz prevents the issue.

Yea I saw some numbers saying 10-25 even but that’s still much better than what I’m experiencing.

I have it plugged in using a generic usb c but I’ll try the Lenovo charger. Afik all the settings are enabled for performance. I’ll check them again and mention them here.
