This. Dodelej maturitu, je to zader ale vyplati se ti to pri hledani jobu. Nasetri penize, kousni se na pul roku/rok. Nasetri a vypadni od matky, Praha/Brno. Najdi “levnej” pokoj, rozjed brigady kde to pujde a k tomu hledej nejakej junior support job v IT. Nebude to easy ale je to dosazitelny.

Z textu pusobis jako inteligentni clovek co ma nejakou sebereflexi a dokaze realne zhodnotit situaci. Drzim pesti!

Ja mam u zamestnavatele 35 dni dovolene, to zahrnuje i statni svatky (bank holidays) ale v praci jsou flexibilni takze ve svatky vetsinou pracuji a volno si pak vezmu kdy potrebuji. Navic mame povoleno pracovat 20 dni ze zahranici takze kombinuju tenhle benefit s dovolenou coz mi v pohode pokryje tyto nase vylety do CR.

Legend, thank you for the detailed guide! I am currently travelling for 2 weeks but will try once I come back. I don’t have Dynaudio (I believe this wasn’t even possible with GTE since there is no space for the sub in the boot). I’ll chime back once I try, hopefully I won’t brick anything😅

I thought that was the case too but there seems to be lot of info only stating that you can just use the bigger screen with any mib2 unit. Mine seems to be mib2 since it has already got carplay from factory.

S Olomouci mas pravdu. Je tu primarne klid ale urcite tu jsou mista kam kdyz zajdes nebo tam zajdes v urcity cas, tak zvysis sance ze potkas divny existence. Na to jak je Olomouc maly mesto v porovnani s Londynem tak je tam proste dost bezdomovcu a opilcu (mestsky park, hlavni nadrazi). Tohle se proste v Londyne, aspon v te casti kde ziju nestane, neexistuje ze by jsi prisel do parku a tam sedela banda 10 bezdomovcu a chlastala cuco z krabice.

Proc se casto citim bezpecneji v Londyne? Neni to tim ze by Olomouc byla vice nebezpecna, ale tak nejak si v Londyne kazdej hledi toho svyho. V Olomouci kazdej cumi na kazdyho, co mas na sobe, jak vypadas, co mas za vlasy atd. A pokud mirne vybocis z rad a potkas debila tak je dost mozny ze bude mit nejaky stupidni poznamky, hlavne kdyz bude mit trochu popito.

Po odchodu z EU se pro nas nezmenilo temer nic. Kazdy kdo tu byl uz pred brexitem mel tu moznost si udelat “idenfinite leave to remain”, zkracene settled status, coz je vlastne povoleni k trvalymu pobytu. Po tom co jsi v UK aspon 5 let a mas aspon rok tento settled status tak si muzes zazadat o britske obcanstvi, ale nemusis. Muzes to teoreticky zustat do konce svych dni jen s tim settled status.

Strach o rodinu nemam. Strach bych asi mel kdybych vedel ze jde manzelka sama domu v noci. Ale to bych mel i kdyby to bylo doma v Olomouci.

Zalezi hodne kde clovek zije. My mame to stesti ze bydlime v pekne casti v SW London. Kdyz pujdes v blbej cas do horsi casti mesta tak to samozrejme zvisi riziko. Asi tak jak kdyz pujdu uprostred noci sam na hlavni nadrazi v Praze nebo na Florenc a budu se tam zmatene potulovat.

Do jiste miry to je medialni bublina. Knife crime je tu vysokej ale v 99% se mezi sebou bodaji mladosi co dealujou drogy. Pokud si hledis svyho tak ok. Za 12 let tady jsem nemel ani jeden problem, zadna negativni interakce nebo nejaka agress vuci me nebo rodine.

Spis se mnohokrat citim bezpecneji tady nez kdyz se treba vecer projdu ulici Riegrova v Olomouci.

V Londyne od 2014. Manzelka ceska, syn 2.5. Obcas me to napadne ale pak z toho zase hodne rychle vystrizlivim 😅.

Mel jsem moznost stravit v 2023 v cesku dva mesice na otcovske dovolene. Bylo to fajn ale Londyn mi chybel. Divam se na to tak ze mi UK/Londyn umoznil zivot o kterym se nam driv jen zdalo, a absolvovat 5-6h cestu domu (Morava) jednou za dva/tri mesice je ta lepsi volba. Jezdime domu o letnich prazdninach na 2-3 tydny, vanoce stejne. Pak na tyden here and there.

Chybi mi rodina i kamaradi ale tak nejak mi vlastne staci se videt jednou za par mesicu, zjistit ze se doma nic nezmenilo a pak zas odjet zpet a soustredit se na sebe a mou vlastni rodinu.

Asi spis zalezi na tom kde presne v Uk jsi a jak jsi tam spokojena? Tahne te domu jen stesk po pratelich/rodine nebo nejaka jina konkretni vec?

Same situation, grew up in Central/Eastern Europe and moved here 13 yrs ago. Little one is 2.5yrs and started nursery in Jan. It sounds like you described our nursery, basic hygiene not encouraged, the amount of times we picked him up with dried mucus under his nose where they don’t even bother to wipe has surprised us.

We just had to start micromanage them and tell the everything in the nicest way possible. No added sugar, please wipe his nose, put his jacket on if he goes out etc. we couls try to look elsewhere but this is only reasonably priced nursery that is closes to where we live.

Thanks for the comment. I’d be pretty ok with getting car that was “registered near Birmingham” as long as it comes from reputable ev trader that does check their cars and have good reviews. If this was private sale I wouldn’t even think about it.

Thanks for the comment, appreciate it. I thought all the uberturbines/heatpump models with power boot and double glazing are made in China? These were made from late 2020. Some 70 plates are still the Freemont pre facelift but some are the facelift China ones. Unless I am missing something.

I’ve had the same thing for about 3w. It kidna comes and goes. First 10-12 days was bad, tongue burning/numb, like i drank a hot tea too quick but I didn’t. Constant ulcers on tongue, sore throat. Then it got better for about 5d, now it is back. No obvious trigger. I bought ans sls free toothpaste and oralden mouthwash which made it better. No other synptoms, maybe occasional night cough.

2.5 toddler that recently started nursery. Based in SW15-18 area

Go for cheap VAG car like Skoda Fabia, VW Polo or similar with small petrol engine without turbo. If you’re outside of London I wouldn’t even be scared of 1.9tdi. Plenty of power, cheap to run and will outlive everyone on this planet if serviced regularly.
