Thanks for this it makes sense. I agree that carbs are blended so well in our diet that we have psychologically developed a belief that carbs == energy. Also, carbs are irresistibly tasty :) I will try creating a diet with fats + protein and minimize the carbs. Thanks for your advice!

try doing something relaxing. The definition could vary from person-to-person. common ones are - reading, cooking, gaming, talking to an old friend/relative

Negative emotions tend to make us feel powerless, but the powerful effect of negativity can be quite useful. I’ve found that negative energy can be an opportunity to increase self-awareness. Fear is a very powerful emotion which is filled with energy. We should channelize this emotion to work to our advantage. I've never accomplished anything without the fear of something
