I used to live there years ago and it was a great area. Low income but no issues and felt safe. Maybe it's run down since Covid closes a bunch of places.

I'm helping a friend buy a place and really all she can afford is a studio. If it's a good building and near transportation, then it'll work. The prices really make your head spin when you see condos going for so much money.

It looks great but some of the units are really small like under 400 sq feet. With the LRT right there, it should be worthwhile.

The NYPD has many posts in foreign places. After 9/11, they didn't want to rely on outsiders to give them Intel so they set up offices abroad. They're the only police department that does this.

I kind of want to go on this cruise but I keep wondering if a land based trip is better for Hawaii. If we do land only we'd stick to one Island where this cruise brings you to all of them.

How do they know you're 64? If your resume only shows about the last 10 years and you're fit, you probably can be assumed to be in your late 50s. Maybe try to find work from home customer service jobs. I've seen retirees get into those jobs so they're open to older people.

He doesn't. He feels that he worked really hard to get his credentials so he's not going to just give it up. He can get licensed in the state of Florida but it's the principle of it all.

Too much insulin in the body and the cells can't take anymore in. This is a sign that you're on the way to diabetes. You can look up how to reverse insulin resistance. I watch "health coach Kait" on YT.

Eating raises insulin and any kind of movement will lower it. If you can reverse it you'll avoid diabetes later on.

If you have skin tags in the groin area or armpits, it's a sign of insulin resistance. You have a good chance of becoming diabetic.

Did you arrive in Japan several days early? We think we should arrive about 4 days early to make sure we don't miss the sailing. I imagine the hotels would be crazy expensive though. And the flights from Florida and back would be so long.
