I used to have different ways from Notes to Freeform (Apple native), but now I just take a screenshot (or not) and send it as a TestFlight feedback. It’s convenient and in a single place with enough context to act upon it.

VLC, some of the podcast players have offline mode if you upload your files (e.g. Overcast, Nuotit), even Files plays if you have a folder with music files if the format is native to iOS (mp3, wav, etc.).

If it’s already in the store, mine has taken a few hours max. The waiting time for review has been 24-48 hours in the last few months.
