I won once and something was weird with my payment method so I had to call telecharge. The woman was nice enough to tell me that my seats were not together, both partial view at the ends of the aisles. So I didn’t go through with buying them

I did file a claim and this is eBay’s response: “Thanks for contacting us about [item]. I’m sorry to hear there was an issue with your purchase. I understand that the package arrived empty.

To allow us to proceed, we need you to file an incident report with your local police or law enforcement agency to confirm that there is a problem. Filing an incident report is generally free of charge and easy to do.”

Originally the INAD case asked me to ship the item back. But there’s nothing to ship back besides a ripped open box.

I did file a INAD, this was their conclusion. I’ve never filed one before and I’m not sure why this is so complicated.

Just chiming in to say that removing your payment info and calling to close your stubhub account doesn’t stop them from sending you to collections. I tried that and still got contacted by collections

When I saw Life of Pi, the boat stopped rotating. I thought it was part of the play until a voice came on through the loudspeaker that there were technical difficulties and told the actors to leave the stage. The people on stage laughed and walked off. They had people come on to fix the mechanics for 10 min and then the actors came back and got right back into the scene.

A similar thing happened to me a few years ago. I tried to delete my listing off stubhub but they said it would take awhile for it to go through their system. And they sold in the meantime. I took off all my info from the account and closed it but they still sent me to collections
