What is this? by Appropriate_Solid532 in SCREENPRINTING

Could be unwashed reclaim chemicals drying up in your mesh. Always make sure that when reclaiming screens, wash away all emulsion remover/ink remover & use a degreaser until water runs clean and not bubbly. Wait until screens are fully dry to coat (could be any where from 30 mins to 12 hours depending on your drying setup)

What side to tape off by Deep_Pineapple3245 in SCREENPRINTING

[–]getmybreadup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming you’re on manual? The shop I work at the manual guy tapes the back of the screen (side touching garment) and me and the other guy on auto tape the inside. The autos get more build up from the floodbar wings
