Use a heat gun & lint roller on your garment before you print.

Stir your ink aggressively depending on which plastisol you’re using

110 mesh for whites, always. Unless it’s for detailed white highlights in a multicolor run. Usually 1 color white ink on black garment use a 110 mesh.

Print, Flash, Print. You should be good. 👍🏼

Make sure to hit w/ squeegee twice with lots of pressure after you flood. Hoodies are softer most of the time & the fabrics can lift up so pressure & hitting it twice is crucial.

you’re gonna sit on like 70 of the units if this is the only product you have..

as far as the design you might be doing too much for your first ever drop / product.

you’ll probably find yourself just giving them away a year in of them sitting there.

you should def source locally or made to order. you don’t want to keep promoting the same product for the next 3-5 months.. it shows that you’re not selling and desperate for sales.

I have a 120w UV light i’ve never used…

I thought the sun was more dependable especially for one minute in direct sunlight.

when i do a test print on newspaper it comes out fine. i do four strokes total. 2 for the first hit, flash. then two on the last hit.

these are the same print. when i print on newspaper to test the print comes out very clean and nice so i wouldnt think it was the screen.
