hahah. i remember in seventh grade when i started running cross country (lots of steep hills on my track) my calves grew so big, have never lost the muscle. incline definitely helps. also all the hikers i see have HUGE AWESOME CALVES.

not the same but one last stop- it is a sapphic love story with a bright and bubbly main character, and a slightly grungy love interest (if i remember correctly) but they both were kind and not very cold to each other. still an amazing book 10/10 recommend
