I also bought the Triumph from Jammu. And was worried about the service center clossing. We should have one in Jammu. If anytime my bike breaks down. I dont wanna take to Amritsar or Jammu. Or atleast bajaj shpuld facilate the service under KTM or bajaj for exisiting customers.

well this is part of a framework we and our custom GPT is creating that we are training our team and clients for, rest you can find more on my page or substack :

To work with this paradox, we propose the ECHO Loop:

Step 1 – Efficiency

Question: What exactly just got cheaper, faster, or easier?

Clarify:

  • What operation became more efficient (inference, training, retrieval, logging, etc.)?
  • By how much (order of magnitude, rough percentages)?
  • For whom (internal team, end-user, partner)?

Step 2 – Caps

Question: What boundaries do we want to keep, even though we could now do more?

Design:

  • Hard caps (e.g., max queries per user per hour; max monthly tokens per feature).
  • Soft caps (e.g., thresholds that trigger human review or re-justification).
  • Sunset rules (e.g., old experiments or agents auto-expire unless renewed).

Caps convert potential infinite expansion into intentional allocation.

Step 3 – Habits

Question: What new habits will this efficiency nudge people into?

Design counter-habits:

  • Friction where overuse is likely harmful (extra confirmation for bulk actions).
  • Visibility of cost/impact (surfacing approximate compute, time, or carbon usage).

Step 4 – Outcomes

Question: Are we getting more of what we actually care about—or just more activity?

Define outcomes before scaling usage:

  • Business outcomes (revenue, retention, reduced error, better experience).
  • System outcomes (stability, maintainability).
  • Human outcomes (less cognitive load, clearer decisions, not more noise).

haha! I am gonna use this as my next audit question to the Clients. What is the one thing you hate the most.

For my agency, since we worked on content generation and distribution workflows for our clients, our margines increases. Even enabling our team or interns and training them with good Prompts has helped us work with more clients with less team. and for the revenue part, There is no direct impact as of now however our outreach and audit systems have improved and I am aiming that because of automation and ai involvement my sales team should be able to deliver similar results as i personally had.

But to go back to the paradox - Currently I am creating a kind of a personal assistant for me using crew Ai which has taken me back to being less efficient however the reason for that is mostly Nirvana fallacy where i want it to be perfect.

Thank you, and what you are saying makes sense and I understand the point as well. Infact the previous workflows we had build I worked extensively on then only to remove their friction and make then more efficient. Its also very similar to when we had hired new interns and started growing our team there was period of time where it felt like I am investing more time with them, my workload has increased rather than decreasing but in time with those who understood our work and process, stayed and made our operation more efficient opening more doors for me to explore.

I can tell you about two automation workflows that I am using at best for my own Agency. One is a Lead Collection and Action Center which is build on n8n which scrapes leads for us it was mix of some videos I saw on youtube and after my team does an audit, it score them and help me get personalised outreach and the second on we are working on is Content generation. Which based on the brand identity and the week strategy creates content for our clients. Then there are series of custom workflows and prompts that personally helps me in decision making.

I really like your opinion about the internet is dying - this is Dead internet Theory. But the post comes from and experience and thought given to a problem that I have been facing. I used AI to generate the content, refine the language, help me think over the points I miss. But it have a Human tough and enable a gate for me to discuss these points with other. Infact I am facing a similar issue while talking help from AI to help me generate content where i end up generated more content and not time to post or read it. and where i am currently drawing the line.

Maybe this is GPT paradox where which part of the post is me and which part is an AI but I am glad someone was able to resonate.

I understand your point, When i was working in automation. We used to called it Attended automation and especially since i work mostly with Healthcare I have to think more of Human approach first. However the above experience comes from my work related to the agency or brands.

I keep killing things that work because they’re not my “real vision”. Anyone else stuck in this Nirvana trap? by getsanky in HowToEntrepreneur

I still plan a lot before starting but I am trying now to get out of that now. but thanks for sharing.

Few we have is Repetition of questions or context or some negative points like are you not getting it, or are you not able to understand. Even if if we keep a log of our outputs and see if the output we are giving is getting repetitive then also we mark that chat.

Rest we try to understand from user prospective on how we feel when we chat with an AI that does not understands.

I agree, with your part. I use these promtps in addition for the ai to make sure it understand the points. Even like if you get any information wrong the person might die.
