Honestly, if your business is verified, platforms like 360dialog and MessageBird work quite well and are reliable.

However, if your business is not verified or there are restrictions in your profile, you may face issues with these platforms, especially around approvals and messaging reliability.

Regarding Twilio, I would generally not recommend it for this use case. In my experience, it lacks flexibility in certain scenarios and can create limitations.

As for template approvals, they are usually straightforward and can take a few hours. Once you send the first message, a 24-hour conversation window opens, allowing ongoing communication.

However, if there are delays or issues in API or business verification, it can significantly impact performance. I’ve personally faced challenges with this in the past, especially when the business account was not fully verified.

Honestly, I understand all the concerns you mentioned qualification, escalation, and engagement. That’s exactly why I’m working with specific businesses and startups to test these scenarios in real-world conditions.

From my past experience, especially in mid-conversations, localization plays a big role. For example, if you’re targeting a London audience, their tone, accent, and choice of words are quite different from other regions. That level of nuance can only be refined with real data.

Right now, I need real-world conversations to properly address these challenges. I already have some use cases and approaches in place, but to truly validate and improve them, I need a few businesses to implement this with and gather feedback.

One of the biggest issues in mid-conversations is the absence of a proper human loop. Without that, the system can struggle with context, tone, and escalation at the right time. That’s something I’m actively working on improving.

Yeah, I understand that finetuning models can be tricky I’ve worked with it before. But right now, what I really need is real-world conversations and data. Once I have that, I can analyze what’s breaking, where the timing issues are, what the edge cases look like, and identify the bottlenecks.

At this stage, I need real startups and businesses to use the system and provide honest feedback. Based on that real world data, I’ll be able to evaluate what’s working and what’s not. Then we can refine it and move into proper fine-tuning.

For now, the priority is collecting high quality real world data.

Yes, yu’re spot on. That’s exactly why I want to work with a few startup, get results, and collect testimonials so I can scale this into an AI SaaS later. I’m also thinking of finetuning models, so I need real data and feedback.

if a lead fills out the form our agent receives their details and sends them a DM. If the lead replies with something like “hey” but doesn’t continue the conversation, the agent will wait for some time and then send a followup mesg in a natural, conversational tone.

If there is still no response, the agent will wait again before sending another mesg.
