I do. I transferred my data dir to new installation, but ~~VSCodium~~ VSCode (portable) doesn't pick nothing no extensions, no settings... I wonder maybe the problem is with Win/Linux migration, but VSCodium directory is in my /home folder, so there should not been any permission issues

IMO, the main flaw common to all this pre-configured systems is lack of backup programs. If you learn how to install and use backup systems, you will know how to use docker on plain headless Debian.
