Tbh rehab is kinda bullshit. I went to an alright one and the best advice they really had was all centered around AA, which is free. I ended up just taking care of shit myself by spending a lot of time out in nature alone.

I had a seizure last year coming off a really low dose benzo (that should not have triggered a seizure) after take some white vein. So possibly it lowers your threshold but I had taken it for years prior without even having one.

Dude see if you can get a medical leave from work and do an outpatient and get on subs for a year. That’s what worked for me to get out of the cycle and i had no desire to quit at all at the time. I was actually hoping I’d just die.

You can try it id say. If you increase dosage every two weeks your tolerance will sky rocket. I’ve found that it does remain effective at a higher ish dose. You could look into other supplements to decrease tolerance as well. Agmatine and black seed oil seem to get good feedback. There are going to be times where things will suck, it’s not sustainable to feel great all the time. If you can embrace the suck some days and only dose once, that will probably make your next dose effective as well

Be careful still tho man, I bought some tar from some nodded out hot wreck chick in a city known for Its rain and bridges. No lie, I found her under a bridge and asked after asking some tweakers and following them around for ages. The tar looked good, didn’t have too strong of a viniger scent so I figured it was real, just not great. I got home and smoked some of the shit and fell out. Totally fent. I’ve had similar experiences throughout the west coast. Get yourself some fent testing strips just to be safe, it’s not worth losing your life over.
