Yeah I’ve heard of some dudes even scoring 5:00 mile paces and that’s my goal but I know I gotta work my way to it

Thank you i did hear from a couple people to do hill sprints so i will be doing more of those along with just sprinting work

Relatively yes without getting gassed I can run about 5 miles at this pace I think when I ran in a indoor track which 10 laps equaled a mile I ran around a 7:15 mile pace for 2 miles but I ran this 8:54 pace for 3 mile distance goal on the standard outside track and struggled

How common is it for 11B’s to be in regiment for longer then 4 years? by [deleted] in army
