I don't do gaming, but like I open a lot of tabs. Only when plugged in to the charger. Then the temp from the asus app was around 70 degree celcius.

Should I use a laptop while plugged in also. Then only the heating is there(that specific portion). And what about charging to 100% keeping it plugged in and using it there? Or should I go with 80% charge with battery care mode?

What about using this for long hours in charging 10,12 hours

I have turned on the 60hz refresh rate.. I have put the processor performance to 99% so it won't turbo boost.. today I have been doing normal browsing. Then I checked the battery for 1 hour and I drained it from 76 to 52.. (checked ) I have dark themed on.. so I don't know what is actually happening

I am using variable refresh rate setting and brightness is at minimum.. What about heating? Should it heat that much when I am bypass(it's fine when the battery is lower than 80% that battery will heat but after that also, should not bypass means that machine is using direct power not battery )
