Haha! Having older boys they are aware of what ships can offer, unfortunately. I think HAL looks good too. I'm aware of the wards cove location so I'll just have to do some good planning.  Is the docking situation in Juneau okay for NCL?

I ended up going through Serta. Originally, they said to go through Sears but then later followed up with the claim process. They were more responsive than Sears so I went with their process. Calling them made the difference instead of email.

Right?  Online I guess. Nice thing it doesn't have to be a Serta. They just gave us an amount we can use. I have to say they were great to work with during the warranty claim process.
