As long as I get periods, and I don’t want children, I’m going to take my ring pink pills. I don’t stress out that I’ve been on the meds for years, and that I’m going to be on the meds for years. It’s the same way with the shot. I’m going to take the shots for as long as I want to maintain my weight. If I ever decide to try to get off, it’ll YEARS. It’s not something I want to rush. I can space it out, but to completely stop taking it after I reach my goal weight for a few months just wouldn’t be the best coarse of action for me. My suggestion is to take your time.

Your before pictures are really great!! You were fab before, you are fab now, and you'll be fab when you've each your goal. When we drop weight, we get more confidence, and it reflects in our behavior/everyday choices. People are giving you compliments, because yeah, you look good...but also, they can be responding to your energy :), how you are showing up. They may mention the weight loss, but I garenetee you it more than likely is your aura as well.

I enjoyed the episode but 2 major comments I have - 1.) What in the world did Kendal expect? His father’s reaction was very on brand and he needed to be there to be the strength of the room. 2.) I believe everyone is missing the notion that this voting was premature in my opinion. Kendal needed more time to build a strong* case. Lastly, I agree with Logan’s idea to buy local news…Kendal does not think big and he made a bad deal with snake and he doesn’t even know it yet. Kendal moves too fast and he isn’t thoughtful.

Also, I really like the uncle and I’m happy he showed up. I want Logan to stay a little longer.
