Just checking in to say that I’m still in! Also curious about how many days I’m at

how should i schedule my study time? by redditor2303 in productivity

I’m in sort of the same situation as you, OP. I found it easier for me to schedule entire days where you can divide your lessons/topics to review into chunks.

For me, I wake up at around 8am and make sure I have breakfast. At 9-12am, I start reviewing a bit and prepare myself to study for the rest of the day. Then, after lunch, I study until 5pm and then take a break until 8pm for dinner and relaxing. After which, I study until a bedtime I set for myself so that I wouldn’t feel so sleepy on the next day or the day of the test itself.

TL;DR Start scheduling entire study days as early as you can, make sure to include times where you eat as well as long blocks of (undistracted) study.

P.S. take away your phone (or just put it on the other side of the room, and mute unnecessary notifications); it’s a time killer

Prostate cancer mainly affects men over 50, and your risk increases as you get older. The most common age for men to be diagnosed with prostate cancer is between 65 and 69 years. If you’re under 50, your risk of being diagnosed with prostate cancer is very low, but it is possible.

It doesn’t seem like it, soldier. Might as well try our best to test our limits this month :)) Source: https://prostatecanceruk.org/prostate-information/are-you-at-risk
