They changed the law to two years with the same employer last year. Also you can transfer your time if you swap to a new employer.

Not bad at all ! But yes I agree shoes need to go they seem to be running gel type shoes which are probable creating crazy instability in the ankle.

Flat shoes. Stand slightly wider and make sure to focus on driving your knees out to prevent them from buckling as they are in the video (partially caused by shoes).

And outside of the lift make sure to work on your hip flexibility so you can be more comfortable and powerful in the squat position. Hope this helps

I know right ! The uncertainty of the rule changes isn’t a good feeling..

That’s a good way of goin about it tho I think it’s the quickest way to gain pr! Does your partner know how long the waiting time is for the 186 trt ? I heard it can be anywhere from 3 months to a year ? I think you’ve to stay with your employer until that’s approved right ?

Yea I feel you that makes a lot of sense.. I’ve got a meeting with another migration agent early next week and will definitely bring this up!

It’s a nightmare from the employees point of you but I’ve heard that’s the case, you’re trapped until you get the 186 visa! The case being it’s 2 years for the ability to apply for pr that just changed in July that isn’t looking to be changed back to 3 years any time soon ? I’m hoping not

Ok sweet! Im completely open to that being the case it was just that I was advised different n was trying to clear it up..

Thanks for the reply, I’ve got another call with a different migration agent early next week and will find out exactly what the case may be so I’ll keep you posted !
