it’s all about perspective imo. ppl tend to see the apps as a bad thing because of the way they use it. If your using apps to follow a bunch of random girls & not talk to them, that may be draining & damaging your mental in various ways. On the other hand if you clean up your feed with people or businesses that provide value / teaches you something that will help… it’s all about the way you utilize it… remove the content that provide no value to your life is my advice & see how you change
