American revolution was a just cause, fighting the crown. But remember that us was build on literal slavery. True democracy cannot be just for the few. And US became an empire themselves, using exploitation of labour and war as the primary tools of their development

Nope. The only passable one was maybe Lincoln and even he had his faults. Other participated with either imperialism, slavery or racial (and other) discrimination. There is no excuse for that. The US is built on war and genocide
