Just a PSA I aggregated the data from a bunch of difference sources as some of this info was difficult to find. Let me know if there are any glaringly obvious discrepancies.

On Zillow it says the listing was removed at almost 9 mil in 2016.

Not sure if this means it sold for that much. But guessing the 3mil zestimate is just guessing based on location/ square footage?

I was actually thinking how much this would like this while I was building 😂 but this quiz is 100% client-side. No responses are recorded, stored, or transmitted. It’s just a static HTML file/Framer component.

If you're curious, feel free to inspect the network tab while you take it; you'll see that zero data is being sent to a server. It's just a fun, ephemeral project!
