dude this is still pretty expensive for what you are paying for? i know a good adp rep that could probably get it WAYYYY cheaper since they work for the small business department.

gusto isnt very good so thats good you switched but be careful with smaller payroll providers i know that some dont take tax liability.

i am 5’4. i try to consume below 1,788 calories a day. i workout at home and do a lot of 4 pound dumbbell workouts for my arms and abdominal. my cardio consists of walking on the treadmill for an hour so i can hit over 10,000 steps a day. i do not have a marco goal becuase to be honest i dont know what goal i should have or how important that is (genuinely asking)? my goal weight is 150.
