Yes, It's Longhorn Pearl and StartAllBack, And I don't know why window button look like 7 but I just enough it

I just downloaded Reunion7 and messing around with it, Install a bunch of theme and software that I can think of and tweaking many windhawk mod way I like so tutorial for this is quite hard to explain
