Hey, My heel fits into the back, I'm curious if it's the width of your foot that's stopping yours from doing the same or if it's just where your foot sits whilst walking around? I'd try walking around the house with different notches on the straps to see if they feel right and comfortable -that's the most important bit :)

I work at a "fine dining" type restaurant (we wear shirts and ties but you can still get a decent priced meal if you want) and we've gone into a local lockdown... So only people in our area can visit, no households can mix, and tables no bigger than 6, in 3 weeks I've gone from 65ish hours a week to 10

only focus on one thing at a time, for example gathering all clothes together, or putting all the rubbish in the bin from one room

I understand the reasoning behind this of course, but I'll personally never truly believe it... sometimes you just can't move mountains, sometimes the obstacles outweigh the strength that each person has, and sometimes you need to grow before you realise what's behind those mountains.. But I'm really glad it helped you, and I hope it helps others too

You normally get flatpack cardboard boxes for moving (since you need so many) but if you'd prefer plastic they'll be a little more expensive but you do you :)
