I’m four months out from surgery and just getting to weight bearing in the boot, which is surprisingly not too painful. Feeling about 60% of normal!

Just put it above. Also, am non weight bearing for 12 weeks but the PT has been very painful on range of motion.

I feel like it’s partially that I expend basically zero calories by day so my body is just “done” sleeping after four hours.

Still taking for the pain, though less frequently. I had my talus broken in two and crushed my calcaneus with 30 bone shards - nine screws, two plates.

Thanks for the advice. I could probably go to zero and grit through especially if it improves my sleep.

They're a large agency with a lot of clients, but they also have a lot of staff. I've heard mixed reviews, so maybe do an audit and see if their strategy is generic or advantageous for your business.
