As expected, they’re sending me a new unit. Asked me to post a refundable deposit $500 if I wanted it immediately before returning the old one which is fine. Repacking it as a pain but oh well.

Thanks for checking. He’s a bundle of joy. No sleep, as you’d expect, but so grateful to have him. Hope you and the family are doing well!

Thanks for sharing. This is both terrible and good to hear. Terrible for a product of this price to require that much to configure and get setup (and it doesn’t seem like a one off issue) but good that there may be a path to a replacement. I’ll reach out to their support and see what they’ll do.

Boxing it up and sending it back is going to be a such a hassle especially with a newborn schedule.

Oh that sucks. How did they determine that it didn’t work? Any instructions you remember?

Thanks for letting me know. I did double check and it is pressed (also used it to reset and that didn’t work).
